J.E. Lawrence and Company is helping our clients claim the Discover Card refund they are owed.
To have JEL handle your claim and represent you in this settlement, please provide the information requested below, select “Submit”, and follow these instructions:
Instructions
1. When you select Submit, you will receive an email containing a Multiple Location (multiple tax ID) spreadsheet.
2. Fill it out and return it to your JEL Account Manager. Please do not alter the spreadsheet by adding or deleting columns, changing column headings, etc.
3. When your JEL Account Manager receives the spreadsheet, he will send you a Documenso JEL Services agreement. ‘Sign’ it by typing the requested information and Submit.
When the JEL Services Agreement has been signed, J.E. Lawrence & Co. will file your claim.
